Video Request Form

The form on this page is to request working with the Government Information Center in the creation of a video project. Please understand that the GIC needs adequate time to process and fulfill your request. We require that you give us 8 weeks notice for all projects.

We will bring to the table our ideas of the best way to convey a message through video and we will work together to build out those initial ideas to a finished product. After submitting the video request form, a member of our GIC team will reach out to you to coordinate the shoot. We look forward to working with you!
