Video Production Services
The Government Information Center (GIC) accepts requests from State Agencies via their Public Information Officers (PIOs) to create high quality videos.
Video’s importance as a marketing and communication tool continues to grow, especially on social media. Video content on Facebook is shared 90 times more than images and text alone, and videos on X see 10x the engagement of text posts. Videos help to drive engagement, communicate messages in a compelling and visually engaging manner and, most importantly, connect Delawareans to important programs and services.
Here at the GIC, we offer social media video, short-form video (2-5 minutes) and livestream video production services. Short-form videos can include event coverage, program/service testimonials, explainer and how-to videos, profile videos and more. We are only accepting briefs and requests from PIOs, so please reach out to your agency PIO to find out more details. If you are a PIO, and need more information, please contact us to learn about our request process. Remember, projects must have an intended audience of the public (not just internal-facing), and we ask for sufficient lead time to properly plan and make your video the best it can be. Livestream requests must be approved by and submitted from the Office of the Governor.

Currently, all livestream requests must be sent via the Office of the Governor.
