PERFORMANCE MEASURES
Key Objectives
- Identify at least 3 areas annually where citizens, private and public sector organizations, or State users desire the creation or improvement of information through FY 2009.
- Perform daily updates to ensure the information on Delaware's portal is accessible, accurate, and timely through FY 2009.
- Promote 100% adherence to all statewide standards that improve access to online information through FY 2009.
- Provide training to citizen groups and information intermediaries on available web content.
- Provide assistance to organizations on the non-technical aspects of content and information creation/maintenance (e.g., writing for the web).
- Provide direction and leadership to 100% of State Agencies in the area of citizen access to public information and e-government services through FY 2009.
- Promulgate the Common Look and Feel website templates to 100% of State Agencies by the end of FY 2007.
- Increase the utilization of specific online services by 10% annually.
